To celebrate International Women's Day on 8th March, Oxford's former women's colleges will gather for an offering of music, word and poetry on the theme of: Soul and Soil: Women on living sustainable and connected lives.
Dr Sarah Watkinson, Emeritus Fellow at St Hilda’s College, will speak on ‘Ecology, Women and Adaptation’ with brief poetical illustrations from her recent work.
St Hugh's College Chapel Choir will perform Sarah Quartel's 'I know a bank where the wild thyme grows', accompanied by Dan Chambers.
